Job Function

Head of the organizing smooth operation of the enterprise. Controls in the general acceptance-delivery of goods to the warehouse, timely supply of goods in the shopping section, work desks, checks the quality, shelf-life products, verifies the presence of markings, easily readable price tags on goods, availability of places available for buyers of books of complaints and suggestions.

It provides overall control over the safety of products, commercial equipment and other tangible assets, for timely inventory of goods, commercial equipment, other assets of the enterprise. Take measures to prevent and eliminate conflicts. Examines claims related to poor customer service, carries out the necessary organizational and technical measures.

Informs management of existing shortcomings in customer service, the measures taken to eliminate them. Provides cleanliness and order in the commodity sections, the trading floor, in the warehouse, at the enterprise as a whole and the surrounding area. He observes and ensures the execution of directives and orders employees of the enterprise administration. Controls the output of workers at work, the presence of workers in the workplace during working hours, controls the neat appearance of employees, workers wearing uniform during working hours of working clothes.
